If an issue arises that is not included in these terms and conditions a new term and condition will be added to this document by Moggied.com and the new term and conditions will be enforceable and applicable to the issue arisen.

Returns 

As responsible people we want you to be happy with your purchase. We take care to describe the item as accurately and honestly as we possibly including any defects or faults if applicable, and try our best to show close up digital pictures to show a warts-n-all picture of the product on offer. We discourage customers from ordering items to "try on" or "see if I like it" because the restocking fees and shipping charges often make it impractical for smaller orders to be returned.

We are always available for questions regarding our products and are more than happy to answer any queries if we can, so we believe that we give you the customer every opportunity to satisfy yourself and read the details of the listing and ask questions and because of this we therefore do not advocate cash refunds

But there are times when an exchange or return is valid including:

"Doesn’t fit", naturally those items falling into this category will not be charged a restocking fee, but a replacement in the correct size (wherever possible) will be arranged.  Postage for these items both to and from Moggied’s address is the responsibility of the customer.

If upon receipt of your item the goods are not as described in that listing - then a replacement will be sent to rectify the error and cost of shipping will be Moggied’s.

"Didn’t like it" For those items falling in this category will incur a restocking fee of 15 % and if a replacement item is chosen shipping costs both ways is the responsibility of the customer.

If goods are damaged (Not from being in* transit)  we will send a replacement and cost of shipping will be Moggied’s

Goods for refund MUST BE authorized by MOGGIED

PLEASE do not send un-authorized items back as they WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER

Returned items MUST NOT be worn. They must be in new and in a re-sellable condition. Items returned that are not in re-sellable conditions will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

The shipping cost to return the item(s) to us is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. - We recommend that items are shipped in a way that can be tracked.

if your claim is found to be valid we will do all we can to make it right, either by exchanging the faulty item or refunding your purchase as applicable. If goods are authorized for return or exchange, Moggied will not be liable for, or will not refund monies paid for postage and a 15% re-stocking fee will apply - So it is in both our interests to ensure that the situation is brought to a conclusion in a timely manner. If you are unsure or need further information on an item, please send me your questions, we will respond within 24 hours

 Credit will be issued after the items are received, and inspected to ensure the items are in new, and re-sellable condition. (This may take as long as 2 weeks after we receive the items) Credit must be used within 7 days.

We will try to answer any pre-order questions that you might have to insure that you will be happy with your purchase.

 Moggied’s Manufacturer’s Lifetime Replacement Warranty offers the best value on the entire WEB. Those items in our 24kt Gold Layered products *range have a Manufacturer’s Written Replacement Warranty against tarnish, wear, and defect upon purchase.  So if for any reason your item doesn’t keep its original good looks just send it back to us via Registered* Mail with the Warranty in a PREPAID Registered*, Stamped & self addressed envelope and we will organize a replacement from the Manufacturer no questions asked.  You may return the goods for replacement as often and as many times as required and you only pay for postage.   Please do not lose your guarantee slip and invoice as this is your proof of purchase.  

* Registered mail is for your protection as proof of postage and Australia Post can track your parcel.  We cannot be held responsible for items sent back to us using any other method if items are not received. 

*To avoid disappointment Please ensure that before purchasing goods that it does or not come with a Warranty
