Q:What Payment Methods Do you Accept?

A: From Australian customers we accept Paypal, Direct Bank Transfer, Bank Cheques, and Money Orders Please see Payment and shipping page for more information.  International customers we only accept Paypal 

Q: Do you combine Post?

A: Yes we combine all gods going out in the same package for postage except for wholesale orders.

Q: Are all your items available in stock?

A: Whilst we try hard to ensure that our items are held in stock we can run out of a size or design.

Q: Do all your products come with a Warranty?

A: Not all our products do come with a warranty, please read the individual listings for confirmation of warranty

Q: Do you accept returns?

Q: I live in Queensland Can I pick up my item?

A: No Sorry, Unfortunately we don't have the facilities to allow for pickups

Q: Is it Real or Solid Gold?

A: The gold layering on our items is real gold but is not solid gold or Hallmarked

Q: Can Rings Be Resized?

A: If the ring is a layered bonded or plated ring then no it cannot be resized.. Because of the composition of layered or plated jewellery if is basically a coating over a base metal and it would crack or flake if you were to try and resize it.  Because we maintain the same suppliers we are able to order most rings in for you.
